The smart shelves from Arcadia offer an optimal space-to-use ratio. They can accommodate up to 720 7-inch rolls, and thanks to the intelligent management system and sophisticated pressure sensors, the machine always knows if a roll has been inadvertently removed.

What We Bring
We bring 15 years of experience in the SMD industry. Our goal is to optimize our customers’ material flow and processes, thereby contributing to their business success.
Systronics supports its customers from evaluation through commissioning to maintenance of SMD production systems. Systronics is part of the Syslogic Group, which is itself active in electronics manufacturing. Accordingly, we have in-depth expertise from everyday production. Furthermore, we use Syslogic’s manufacturing facilities for demonstration purposes.
What We Offer
Systronics supports its customers along the entire value chain. We automate material management with solutions from our partner Arcadia. This avoids errors and reduces access times. For sampling inspection, we offer proven microscopes from Suba. For production monitoring and error analysis, we rely on the mobile video system from Pandia.
With the production machines from Mycronic, all process steps from solder paste inspection to PCB assembly to automatic optical inspection (AOI) and coating can be covered.
Selective soldering machines from Inertec, vapor phase systems from Asscon, laser cutting machines from Innolas, as well as handling modules from Achat5 complete our offering.

In partnership with Finn Technologies, we offer our customers not only the appropriate machine but also the matching materials. Finn Technologies specializes in conformal coatings, solder pastes, and consumables in the entire electronics industry.
